- At Tarps&All, we strive to ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers. We have production facilities both locally and globally. The estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout next to each shipping option.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the product. We offer various shipping options such as Priority, Standard, and Free Shipping for orders above $249, aiming to provide flexible options to meet different customer needs and budgets.
- We offer guaranteed delivery dates with certain exceptions. Delays in receiving essential information such as dimensions, artwork, and prints may affect delivery timelines. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Ensuring timely receipt of all necessary details will help us honour the guaranteed delivery dates.
- If a shipping carrier loses your order, we will promptly open an investigation and issue a replacement with priority shipping to minimize any inconvenience.
- In case of damage, photographs of the packaging box are required. Upon arrival, it is essential to inspect the package and photograph the shipping label and packaging box.
- Once you open the package, verify the condition of the merchandise and capture a photo that includes the product and its accompanying taffeta label. Within 7 days of receipt, please send these images to sales@tarpsandall.ca. Our team will promptly investigate the issues and provide the best possible solution to ensure your satisfaction.
